Cab's Bistro is located on Main Street, in beautiful downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois - just two blocks southwest from the Metra train station (Union Pacific/West line).
Chef owned and operated
The restaurant is owned and operated by the husband / wife team of Chef Luis and Lisa Ayllon (General Manager).
Great Food!
Cab's eclectic menu is heavily influenced by Chef Luis Ayllon’s training in France. Along his affinity for Spanish, Asian, Cajun and Mexican cuisines; he also specializes in sauces, wine & food matches, seafood, and game.
Some of the house favorites include the seafood combination, paella, steak frites, tuna tartar, beef bourguignon & Cassoulet (in colder months); fried beer battered green beans and grilled vegetable fondue dishes.
